Starting to draw again, and new home plans, and great year.

I've started to draw tonight. It has been a while, but I have been very distracted lately. After looking back at some of my old drawings I have realized that some of them needed a little something more. I guess they look a little incomplete, and I know that I can do better.  Soon, I will have some updates of old images and some new ones on the web. I'm just starting to formulate some new ideas, so it might be a while before I'm finished. I'm still putting products up on Cafe Press, but I'm going to be making some big changes with the new work. My thought is that the changes will be successful, unlike the old images. I was hoping everyone could give me some help with this. What kind of images would you like to see? Please let me know by making comments to this blog.

The distraction I've been having is a couple things. One: Over the holiday season I started a new job, and my work has been a little crazy. Two: Peter and I have started the very long process of buying a short sale. We put in our offer on the 18th of December, and since that time our offer has been accepted by the owners. We have also put our earnest money down and have had two inspections, but since this is a short sale we have to wait for the bank to approve the sale. The bank has up to 70 days to approve the sale, and that will put us to the end of February before we know. So, cross your fingers that everything will go through without a hitch. I have a very good feeling about this one though. I see us in this house. It is the best one we have found. We are going to have a great year.
