Hello Everyone, and Happy New Year! Peter and I would like to wish everyone a wonderful 2016. In 2016 we are hoping to finally get the rest of our stuff from Chicago. It has been a long time coming, and we are looking forward to the adventures of the road. It will be nice to close that chapter of our life and move on to the next. I can't wait to get the garden going again, we have so much fun watching it grow and getting all of our vegetables from it. There is nothing like eating fresh from the land, and being able to share with friends and family. For all those wondering, I plan to have another pumpkin patch. That was so much fun this past year, and I want to make an annual tradition. As for the rest of the year we hope to be able to make many home improvements that are very much needed including finishing my rose garden, insulation, and various repairs. We will see how far the budget will go. Anyway you look at it there are lots of stuff planned. We can't wait to see everyone all year long.

This Saturday is our craft day that we are hosting, and I'm really looking forward to it. The craft I've decided to do is a snowman figure.  A couple of weeks ago I did a test snowman and it turned out very cute. Several people are coming, and bringing there supplies and holiday ideas. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. It should be very fun. If this goes well I think I will make this an annual gathering.

We are also hosting a "Christmas Vacation"  movie party. This is the second year in a row that we have done this, and last year was great fun. I can't wait to see some of our friends that we haven't seen in a while. This is a great way to start the holiday season. Merry Christmas everyone!
