New home

On December 18th we put an offer on this house. Since it's a short sale the process is taking much longer than a normal sale. Our realtor said that we should hear something from the bank by Friday. It sounds like we have a good chance of getting it. Peter and I have already figured out the changes we want to make to it. This place just feels right to us. The price it right, and we have met some of the people that live in the neighborhood, and they are great. Also, there is a dog park just down the street from it. That along would make it worth it to me. We need all the good thoughts we can get this week. More to come when we know more.
